Clearing and Balancing the Chakras helps to release blocked energy (emotional/mental) trauma and bring awareness to limiting beliefs which are keeping you stuck and triggered and in a lower vibrational state. It helps to restore your energy flow, vitality and health of your physical and energetic body. We are Energy and everything happens first energetically, working on the energetic body allows your whole being to move into balance & wellbeing. This can be done in clinic or remotely and includes the healing frequencies of the crystal bowl sound bath to support your rebalancing.

Hi Beautiful Souls & welcome to my page!

I'm Mandy and I provide a safe and nurturing environment that supports your healing journey. A little about me....
I was certified in Massage therapy in 2016 and followed through with a healing course to provide a deeper understanding in my own healing journey.
I was moving through a divorce with young Kids and found myself waking up to learnt ways, protective ways and ways of being that were dimming my light. My Soul was guiding me to come home to my True devine self.
I discovered I had healing abilities and was able to feel others emotional pain and through this and learning to connect to my intuition/higherself and the higher realms eg: Angels, I am now able to support others on their healing journeys.
I also love to support my clients with the tools to self heal and I look forward to holding space for those who are eager for more self empowerment, joy, balance and flow in this journey of life,
